Free cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience.
Late cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable, as your local host has already been scheduled.
No-shows
If you do not attend your experience at the agreed time and location, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your experience up to 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Refund process
If your cancellation is eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
